Der hatte dem Ansinnen zwar zugestimmt, war zunächst aber ziemlich skeptisch, als die grosse, robuste Frau erstmals in seinem Büro aufkreuzte: «Am Anfang wusste ich gar nicht recht, was ich mit ihr anfangen sollte.» Das änderte sich freilich schnell.
