Most pregnant women indicate in recent studies that they want to breastfeed their children. Man merkt der Autorin an, wie wichtig ihr das Thema ist und wie engagiert sie bereits seit Jahren aktiv in dieser Thematik arbeitet. Die aktuellen Themen und Studien werden geschickt in das Buch eingearbeitet, ohne wissenschaftlich überlastet zu sein. Die autorin geht einfühlsam auf die vielen Fragen, Vorbehalte und Unsicherheiten ein, die uns in der täglichen Stillberatung begegnen. Somit ergänzt dieses Buch hervorragend die Betreuung durch Hebammen, Stillberaterinnen und Ärztinnen nach der Geburt.
